1. Who we are

uk.thedeepsoak.com is run by HydraSpa Ltd, trading as TheDeepSoak ("we", "us", "our"). We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16488108. Our registered office and business address is 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom.

These terms apply to consumers buying for personal use. Please read them before you order.

2. Our products

The DeepSoak Pro is an air-jet mat (79 x 36 cm) that lies in a standard bath. A pump sits outside the bath on the floor, plugs into a normal socket, and blows warm air through a sealed hose. Nothing electrical touches the water.

Product images are for illustration. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

3. How the contract is formed

When you place an order, you are offering to buy from us. The contract between us is formed when we email you an order confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because a product is unavailable, we will tell you and will not charge you, or will refund you in full.

4. Prices and errors

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
• We are not registered for VAT. The price shown is the total price, and no VAT is added.
• The delivery price is shown before you pay.
• If we find an obvious error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Payment

• You can pay by debit or credit card, or with PayPal.
• PayPal Pay in 3 is offered by PayPal. It is subject to PayPal's own approval and terms.
• Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
• There are no subscriptions and no recurring payments.
• Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. You choose Free Delivery (estimated 4 to 6 weeks) or Signature Express (£39, gift-wrapped, dispatched within 24 hours on working days, estimated 7 to 12 days) before you pay. Every order is tracked. If your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

7. Risk and ownership

The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

8. Cancellation and returns

• You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund by emailing us.
• You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
• If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. 365-night money-back guarantee

If you are not happy for any reason within 365 nights of delivery, email team@thedeepsoak.com with your order number and we will refund you in full to your original payment method. We issue the refund within 14 days of agreeing it. If we ask for the item back, we send you a prepaid label. There is no restocking fee.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not reduce them.

10. Lifetime Protection

Lifetime Protection is an optional product protection plan you can add before checkout for £99. It covers accidental damage, the pump, jets and air system, the lights and remote, and everyday wear and tear. If a covered problem occurs, we will replace the product free of charge.

You can cancel Lifetime Protection within 14 days for a full refund if you have not made a claim. It is in addition to your statutory rights and does not reduce them. You do not need it to have a faulty product repaired, replaced or refunded under the law.

11. Product use and safety

• Please read and follow the instructions supplied with the product.
• Keep the pump outside the bath, on a dry floor, as shown in the instructions.
• The product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
• Children must not use the product unsupervised.
• Do not use the product if it is damaged. Contact us instead.

12. Our liability

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

We only supply products for domestic and private use. We are not responsible for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• any breach of your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
• anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as possible and take steps to reduce the delay. If the delay is likely to be significant, you can cancel and receive a full refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

14. Your personal data

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Complaints

If you have a problem, please email team@thedeepsoak.com with your order number. We reply within 1 working day and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
