Delivery Policy

You choose Free Delivery or Signature Express before you pay, every order is tracked door to door, and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Who delivers your order
This website is run by HydraSpa Ltd, trading as TheDeepSoak. Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner and delivered by courier to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Delivery options
You choose your delivery option before payment. The delivery price is shown before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is placed. They are not guaranteed.
No extra charges
The price you pay at checkout is the full price, including delivery. You will not be asked to pay anything more when your order arrives.
Tracking your order
- Every order is fully tracked door to door.
- When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link.
- You can also check your order at any time on our order tracking page. Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
If your order has not arrived
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated window, email team@thedeepsoak.com with your order number. We will trace it with the courier.
If your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos. We will put it right as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Risk and ownership
The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Just email team@thedeepsoak.com with your order number.
